Registration fees and details

Please first register HERE, then proceed to payment by connecting to the payment platform of the Bordeaux University (ADERA).

Note that you will need to setup an account specifically for the payment platform.

Abstracts submission should ONLY be done on the amphiclub2024.sciencesconf.org website.

Non Student 260€ TTC

Standard rate

Non Student 300 € TTC

For sponsoring and exhibition, various solutions are offered.

Registration fee includes the costs for the location, food during the meeting hours, coffee, tea & (soft) drinks.  A participation of 30 € will be charged for the Gala Dinner. Registration fees do NOT include accommodation.

A limited number of rooms (student 142 € TTC / 3 nights, non student 186 € TTC /3 nights) are available on a first come first serve basis and proposed on the ADERA platform (payment page options).
